After lining up in the hall for music, we locked our classroom door so that a leprechaun couldn't come to our classroom and mess things up. When we came back from music though, our chairs were all pulled out, there were green foot prints on our desk and a note on the white board from Liam Leprechaun:
Dear 1st Grade,
Sorry about the footprints. Happy St. Pat's Day!
Liam Leprechaun
Hopefully the leprechauns don't mess up your house tonight. ;)
Dr. Noack visited our classroom last week in honor of dental health month. He showed us the right way to brush and floss our teeth, gifted us with goodie bags to take home, and Grant even had the chance to deomonstrate what Dr. Noack would wear while working on a patient!
Mary Bleckwehl, author of the children's book, Henry, You're Late Again paid us a visit last week in honor of Dr. Seuess' birthday. We enjoyed listening to the book and hearing about the steps she took to publish it.
